You can request a user change at any time, meaning the respective contract with all rights and obligations regarding the bicycle will be transferred to a colleague.
The conditions for a user change are as follows:
- The colleague works in the same company group and is eligible to participate in the program.
- The colleague has not yet reached the limit for allowed bicycles.
- You and the colleague taking over the bicycle have returned the required documents to us, fully completed, by the 10th of the current month, so the change can take place on the 1st of the next month. The documents that regulate the user change contractually will be sent to you separately upon request.
- The processing fee per user change is 75 EUR and will be refunded if the user change is unsuccessful.
Example: If you want to transfer your lease to another user starting on 01.02.2025, we will need the above information and documents by 10.01.2025 to initiate the process with JobRad.

How it works:
- The future user must first register in the Mobility Manager (if they don't already have an account).
- The future user must create an account at JobRad (if they don’t already have one).
- All fields in the JobRad account must be filled out (address, phone number, etc.).
- The future user will provide us with the last 4 digits of their tax number (from the salary statement).
- We will then check the eligibility of the new user.
- We will send the documents via email.
- These documents must be completed and signed and returned to us as a PDF.
- Once the documents are completed and the processing fee has been received, JobRad will activate the user change, and we will confirm it.
