Before you can see the dashboard in the Mobility Manager or the Moovster app, a final invoice must be issued by JobRad to Mercator-Leasing, and the contract must be officially reported as active to Moovster. Once this has been done, you will be notified by email, allowing you to access your dashboard.
JobRad is currently working on improving this process step in their status updates so that discrepancies between their portal and the Mobility Manager/Moovster app will no longer occur in the future.
