A bicycle leasing application cannot be submitted by the following employee groups:
- Employees whose employment relationship will end within the leasing period due to retirement or other predetermined termination reasons.
- Employees who have signed a partial retirement contract at the time of application, provided that the release phase ends within the applicable leasing period.
- Employees for whom it is already certain at the time of application that an inactive period (e.g., due to parental leave) will occur within the leasing period.
- Employees on sick leave beyond the continued payment of wages.
- Employees with ongoing wage garnishments.
- Employees who have been assigned to work abroad.
- Employees in part-time employment.
