- Canceled: Your application was canceled due to an error—either by you, the JobRad ordering department, or the responsible JobRad contact in your company (Moovster). If you no longer want the bike, no further action is needed. If you need to correct an error, please submit a new application.
- Document required: Something is missing—perhaps the retailer's offer or your approval of the transfer agreement? Add the missing information and then click "Complete application."
- Waiting for your confirmation: Your application is complete. Now click "Complete application." Important: Your JobRad order is only officially submitted after this step!
- Waiting for approval: Your application is under review by the JobRad representative (Moovster), who acts on behalf of your employer. The request will be forwarded to the ordering team only after approval. Please be patient.
- Approved: Congratulations! The JobRad representative (Moovster) has approved your application. Now JobRad will review it. Please be patient.
- Ordered: JobRad has ordered your bike. You and your retailer will soon receive a confirmation email. Please arrange a pickup appointment with your retailer.
- Handed over: You have picked up your JobRad from the retailer and confirmed the handover. Enjoy your ride!
- Active: The leasing company has also given the green light and activated the leasing contract. Now, all that’s left to do is enjoy cycling!
