Is your JobRad application or bicycle approval still pending? Is the status showing "Waiting for approval"?
Solution:
You have previously received an email with the subject "Complete the Security Check for the approval of your JobRad". You now need to complete this step: Complete the Security Check.
Please log in to the Mobility Manager (link provided below) and complete the Security Check using the last four digits of your tax ID. You can find this number in your most recent payslip.
