The bicycle remains the property of the lessor throughout the entire term of the transfer agreement. After the usage period expires, JobRad can offer you the option to purchase the bicycle at its used purchase price. However, there is no entitlement to this option. The entire process of purchasing the bicycle at the end of the usage period is handled between you and JobRad.
