Your employer enters into a leasing agreement with JobRad for the bicycle you have selected, based on your application (transfer agreement). Your employer acts as the lessee in the contractual relationship with JobRad and provides you with the desired bicycle for the duration of the leasing contract (always 36 months; early termination is generally not possible).
The leasing fee is deducted monthly from your gross salary in the form of a salary conversion. Net billing only occurs in special cases. The first installment is due in the month after you take possession of the bicycle. The monetary benefit is already taxable in the month of handover, which is one month before the first installment. All calculations are processed automatically in the background. The Mobility Manager from Moovster always provides transparency about the installments you have already paid.
